Surf & Turf 2017 – Surf Night

The Huaraches are pleased as punch to be invited back to Ottawa’s best venue to play with some of the hottest surf acts this side of the 49th parallel.

From the organizers:

Ottawa’s only Surf, Instro and Garage Rock Festival returns to House of TARG for the 2017 Edition! Instro favourites from past years combine with some new garage rock blood over a weekend gauranteed to make you dance. Only 10 monies at the door.

Back to the Farm: MacKinnon Brothers Beer & Music Festival

MacKinnon Brothers’ Back 2 the Farm Beer and Music Festival is a big ol’ field party with great music and craft beer, local food trucks, and much more!

Our pals at North of Princess Recording Studio and Stone City Ales are unleashing North of Princess!, a very sessionable Pale Ale.

They’re also throwing a party with music by yours truly, and not one, but TWO album releases: Oh Susanna and Rocket Surgery.

And if the beer doesn’t make you feel warm and fuzzy enough, all proceeds will help kickstart Kingston House of Recovery for Women and Children, a planned residential addiction treatment centre for pregnant and parenting women.
